”Sod hut” conference packages
The sod hut, a dwelling with a wooden skeleton which is covered with bark and blocks of sod, is one of the oldest types of dwellings in the north. Such a gámme is conical and has a hearth in the center. In the cozy sod hut, or Gámme, of Siida, the fireplace is surrounded by wooden tables and benches. Gámme provides an excellent environment for all types of meetings if you want an extraordinary setting – more informal and closer to nature. In Gámme, you can also have a nice hour with coffee and pastries or a meal in the pleasant blaze of the fire.
