May Sale at Siida Shop
May 06, 2011 11:55 AMWe now have May sale at Siida Shop. Just like in earlier years, Siida's annual pass will give you a 10% discount on almost all the products of Siida Shop in May. In addition, we give a 20% discount on books in May for those with an annual pass.
Siida’s museum and nature shop Siida Shop sells high-quality handicrafts and literature that are connected with Sámi culture and Arctic nature as well as souvenirs and postcards. The products of the shop vary from books by the Sámi and on Sámi culture, literature on nature, Sámi handicrafts and music, giftware and equipment for hiking and outdoor excursions.
In choosing its products, the museum follows the guidelines of ethical trade and tourism. The products of the museum shop promote Sámi culture and provide information about the Sámi. The nature shop follows the guidelines of Metsähallitus for the range of products, so that the items are high-quality and have been produced in a sustainable way both in terms of ethics and ecology.
The price of Siida Annual Pass is 20 euros. It is valid for a year from the date of purchase, and it also gives entry to Arktikum in Rovaniemi and the science centre Tietomaa in Oulu.
